| Currently, many scholars of art design are concerning about the relationship between the UI design and the function of APP, and have launched a large number of design practice. They are more parsing the APP UI design and application creation from the user affection and user experience, but it has not yet formed a relatively complete theoretical system to apply to the needs of the contemporary market. In particular, the system demonstrated on the visual artistic effect and architecture of information level on flat UI design is lacking.Mobile application UI design develops from materialized to flat, on behalf of the new requirements completely subverting the old design concept. The new design not only represents temporary and extensive design trends, more representative of the user’s needs and aesthetic pursuit. Based on collection and collation of original information, studying and researching the design literature, and analysis and discussion of classic design case, this paper analyzes the existing process framework and usage characteristics of brand marketing mobile phone APP, summarizes the characteristics of various mobile phone applications. In addition, according to existing literature about flat UI design, this paper sums flat UI design aesthetic characteristics, puts forward specific ideas flat UI design, methods and requirements for details.The innovation of this subject is summarizing the iconography heritage experience and design specifications of UI design in the development course of APP, and applying flat UI design into real business case with new methods and creative ideas. This paper designs a UI agree with the future brand image for an important local shoe brand in Chengdu—SHEME.
