Today, information technology has brought tremendous changes for people’s lives and work. Through the Internet, people can work remotely handle affairs, can do online shopping, can instantly communicate with friends and family. Using the Internet not only almost complete all fields that you can accomplish things in real place, but also do thinsd better that can’t be accomplished on the ground. University is the national elite culture venues, and information should be given priority to be developed. Now a lot of school managements platforms have been set up, such as student educational management platform, the school office platform, student enrollment platform and e-mail system. However, in addition to teaching building, student apartments is the main place of life and learning, every year a large number of freshmen go to the school at apartments, new information and a lot of apartments information still need to be manually processed, which is very time consuming. Apartment Management as a relatively independent system can be considered a special platform to achieve unified management, which will improve the efficiency of the relevant persons.This paper is based on the research background, and is to design and implementation of collage apartment management platform, the apartment management in major transactions about normal management, to build an online apartment management platform by using computer technology available for our faculty and students. This paper analyzes the main methods and research background and current situation of the platform, established the contents of this paper, and briefly describes the realization of the project of key technologies, such as Java EE, Struts, My SQL, Eclipse and B/S architecture, etc.Then, according to the actual situation of the school investigation, the basic transaction apartment management system needs taken together to meet the functional requirements, these functions will be divided into several main rational function modules, management modules including apartment manager management, student management module, apartment management module, dormitory management module, students check management module, students lack-sleep management module, students move-out management module and password modifiment and exitting the system module. Then the paper separately identified the need to complete the details of these require little functional sub-modules and each function.Meanwhile, in general, the subject of this article is to develop the overall design of the platform development process, establish the overall implementation of the road system, and then design the corresponding design and implementation process for each of the main module, specify the detailed design of subsequent development steps. This paper describes the detailed design of the implementation process modules, subjects using industry popular Struts framework for building high performanced Java EE web site project, the functional integrity of the system to achieve out elaborate process given the key code and run renderings, The main contents of the completed building management administrator(query, add, modify and delete, etc.), student management(arrange for students to check, modify student information, student information queries, etc.), building management(adding apartments and assign administrator, query building and modify the building information), check the student, the student dormitory adjustment, students move out of registration and searching, student enrollment and lack-sleep to query and modify the login password. The system allows the system administrator, building(apartment) administrators and student to login, all three people own different rights and operation.Finally, the topic of each module are designed several test cases which are used to verify whether the system function demand analysis of the requirements, the test results show that the system basically meet the requirements, but also shows an excellent operating results.In short, the implementation of the entire collage apartment management platform to improve the efficiency of the school’s apartment management, but also offers students living a greater convenience.
