Therefore, we need to address the problem of the Chinese side of the city management, clear responsibilities, clear the process, a clear time limit, and establish a line of effective management and technical system to ensure that all kinds of problems of the supervision and assessment, which has formed the basic needs of the development of the system.Through the six chapters of this paper, the basic completion of the system requirements, the system development environment, including the development platform choice and development language, system platform using Share Point2010, development language selection and the combination of ASP.NET, and clarify its advantages and disadvantages, and then focus on the system development process, including the Designer Share Point related features, encoding technology, business logic layer development method.In terms of the overall function of the system design, the completion of the overall technical architecture of urban management supervision and command system, including the overall technical architecture and system deployment figure, the overall design of the system, class diagram, the overall system function frame, and in accordance with the overall system functional block diagram one by one function of the detailed description of the design, the specific features including location query, component event monitor stateinformation, case classification with information list, case location monitoring, urban management staff position and in the post state monitoring, comprehensive statistics of relevant cases, comprehensive evaluation results monitoring function.
