The Design And Implementation Of Procuratorate Investigation Supervision Business Management System For Weifang

The people’s procuratorate is the national legal supervision organs of the constitution and the law stipulates clearly. Investigation supervision in criminal proceedings is an important job functions of the people’s procuratorate. In recent years, the procuratorial organs is closely around the work theme of "strengthening legal supervision and safeguard fairness and justice", and actively fulfills their duties of legal supervision, which playes a indispensable role in punishing crime, maintaining criminal litigant’s legitimate rights and preventing the abuse of indictment. To support investigation supervision department to work actively, Weifang people’s procuratorate puts forward investigation supervision and business management system, which can provide information service and technical support for procuratorate’s investigation supervision work.This paper uses UML modeling language, use case diagram, class diagram, sequence diagram, activity diagram to analyse the system functional requirements, and design the system architecture and program structure, and realize the system function interface, and test the system function. The paper analyzes the business requirements of system based on demand research, and the system function is divided into three modules which are criminal prosecution supervision and investigation activities supervision and monitoring management. And this paper designs a whole framework of the system based on the SSH technology of J2EE, and designs program structure of each function module on the basis of system architecture, and integrates system function module, and designs and realizes Weifang people’s procuratorate investigation supervision and business management system by repeated testing in the end.Adopting B/S architecture, using the SSH framework technology based on J2EE, using SQL Server2005as the database Server, system realizes the criminal case supervision and investigation activities supervision and monitoring management, and other functions. Criminal case supervision realizes the acceptance of case of criminal prosecution supervision, and realizes registration information and reasons for review of not filing reasons that the public security organ said, and implements case supervision notifying, information registration of public security organ case, registration management recommendations, submitting to the case information, and other functions. Investigation activities supervision implements the acceptance and inspection of corrected illegal cases, and the acceptance and inspection of extend detention period cases, and the acceptance and inspection of time limit for detention case, as well as registration administration to extend the deadline cases and hunting case management, and other functions. Monitoring management implements criminal case supervision and monitoring, investigation activities supervision and monitoring, criminal suspect charged condition monitoring, and other functions. It provides an electronic platform for Weifang people’s procuratorate investigation supervision and business management.Through investigation supervision and business management system, Weifang people’s procuratorate establishes communication mechanism, and realizes information sharing, and solves the information impeded and unknown situation, to strengthen the communication and coordination with public security organ, courts and other organs of political science and law, and further improve the efficiency of investigation supervision and law enforcement, and improve the quality and effect of supervision.
