The Application Of Improved Apriori Algorithm In System Of Impoverished Student

Data mining is the process of discovering interesting knowledge from large volumes of data which are stored either in databases, data warehouses, or other information repositories. The data mining may start, analyze, synthesize and reason data from microscopic to the macroscopic, and also instruct actual problems'solution, discover and made the forecast of the interdependence between things. The data mining has already became the hot pot of computer science and engineering research, the research of data mining technology and its application domains is becoming more and more flourishes day by day.With the implementation of college expansion plan, more and more student have the chance to enter university. With the development of reform of the universities charge system, the amount of poor student is continued rising. In order to change this situation, our government has already adopted a sets of financial aid system with colleges and got some achievement, but there are existing some problems during the conduct, like the funds which is used to aid poor student is limited that can not meet the need of them and sometimes colleges is hard to distinguish between poor and not poor. All the reason prevent the conduct of financial work. For many colleges campus card is established, data mining technology is applied in the teaching evaluation system and student behavior analysis system. Against that background, we could adopt data mining technology in student information management system. This method could improve student information management system, enhance level of management and help manager to make decision. Data mining could find many important hidden information fast and accurate from the vast information resources. In this paper, data mining technology is proposed to resolve this problems, through the association rules find the factor and regular of the poor student groups.Based on the transactions data and basic informations of campus card, the thesis is to establish a data analysis system through an integrated application of database technology and data mining technology. First, the basic principal of data mining is introduced in the thesis. Next the Apriori algorithm is described detail in the paper, aiming at it's shortage, an improved Apriori algorithm is proposed. At first, the transaction database was becomed a mapped matrix, then the matrix was stored by the way of layered allocate memory to avoid repeat matching. At last frequence itemsets was finded by AND operation. The next work is analysising the basic information of campus card. We must build a new database which is storing poor students information. This new database uses the concept of database technology which involves multiple databases for the integration and conversion to form a comprehensive database to mining. Finally the new algorithm is applied in the new database and association rules are fund.This paper is meaningful which puts data mining technology in campus card analysis. Works now for the next colleges comprehensive information access to knowledge of further study, the structural integrity of the analysis platform and advanced decision-making to lay a solid foundation.
