Design And Implementation Of Hybrid Cloud Based Management System For Growth Information Of Cadre

Cadres growing information management is a major work for the organizational departments, During the daily assessment study to leading and reserve cadres by Party organizations, such as annual assessment, routine inspection, special inspectors, democratic life, talk, economic audit work, a huge amount of information and data as well as Commend material is generated, due to its high level of privacy, complex content, large and disparate sources of data, coupled with the need to work, the frequent changes of the works for cadres in charge of, the traditional management methods suffer from considerable difficulties, the caused asymmetric information makes organizational departments difficult to accurately and timely, systematic and comprehensive learn about the situations of cadres. It is in an urgent need to change the traditional ways of working and use advanced technologies to achieve safe, accurate, fast, and efficient management model to realize the scientization and standardization of the management for the growth information of cadres, improving efficiency.To the tedious management work for growth information of cadre, this project makes full use of hybrid cloud, MIS, J2 EE related technologies, My SQL database technology, XML, Web Service, component technology and other advanced computer technologies, and builds "an intelligent unified and powerful management system for the growth information of cadre" that is capable to integrate the currently constructed information management data of cadres all over places, realizing management and mining analysis on the growth information of all cadres so as to provide effective information support in the promotion and the appointment of cadres for the party and the government.The main contents of this paper include the following aspects: First, analyze the current situation in the management of the growth information of domestic and foreign cadres, prove the feasibility of this project, choose the suitable new technology and determine the project demand; the second is conducting the specific requirement analysis and overall design to the hybrid cloud based management system for growth information of cadre, and carrying out functional module division and detailed design; the third is testing the developed hybrid cloud based management system for growth information of cadre, summarizing the development and implementation of the system and discussing the future work.By conducting a series of functional tests to the hybrid cloud based management system for growth information of cadre, it was verified in this work that the designed and implemented system meets the basic design requirements, achieving the scientific and efficient management to growth information of cadre. From the practical application point of view, it basically satisfied the requirement of the desired design and is worth for application to some extent.
