With the rapid development of information technology, computer applications have been deep into all areas of business and life. Requirements from all professions of clients are also changing constantly under the background. Those professions take various types of digital channels to provide convenient and efficient service for the clients. More and more communication enterprises on service projects, the customer of service and related electronic channels proposed new requirements. Therefore, it is necessary to use various channels and marketing regular analysis and evaluation, form diversification and hierarchical service channel management system.This paper firstly analyzes the background and requirements of the communication enterprise order management platform, and introduces the system review, the overall function of the system and the requirements of each module. In accordance with the corresponding hierarchical structure and norms of development and design, mainly divided into four layers, namely the presentation layer, service / interface layer, logic layer and data persistence layer, respectively. Presentation layer is the application’s UI components show, related to HTML, JavaScript, AJAX, cache, and other technologies; service / interface layer mainly used Web Service, WCF technology; logic layer of the business are the smallest granularity division and package; data persistence layer using the Microsoft ORM technology to realize data crud, business entities can be used as data transfer objects between the layers. System with high performance distributed cache technology, to supply system of each layer of data access operations, improve the overall system performance; application log4 net logging component system operation, rapid troubleshooting and system optimization. Finally, the system through the development and implementation of a unified business interface specification, the integration of various channels of business processes, the development of a new management platform.Because many companies existence information islands problem, and the different company’s database platform, operating environment and other large difference, so the platform needs to support the heterogeneous environment, cross platform and cross enterprise data acquisition and exchange. In this paper, we add the data exchange function to overcome the shortcomings, and improve the efficiency of data extraction by improving the calibration method. Data exchange function is a relatively independent function, and its purpose is to achieve data exchange. Through the data center data released to provide users with general data reports, multi-dimensional data reports, interactive query services, and to provide the Web service interface for the third party system, such as a variety of data query services.Order management platform in the planning and construction, according to the existing channels of business system, the concrete operation, and between the various business relationship to redesign the business process, by means of information and quick support the channel business, business management system between automatic data transfer, business acceptance, business process, business process real electronic, provide the channel unified planning, collaborative operation of centralized management, fully support the channel operations monitoring.
