With the continuous development of information construction, the largecentralized data is widely applied in the banking industry. Meanwhile, the commonway of paperless in banking industry has made more information system adopting bybanking industry, for the banking sector, there are increasing amount of data, rangingfrom millions of data to hundreds of millions or a billion of the amount of data, whichcaused data redundancy and poor operability, which is not only unable to effectivelyuse the benefits from the large centralized data, but increase the system running risk.In addition, with the continuous development of the banking business, there will bemore information systems to be built in the future. If there are no uniform datastandards and platform to constraint and manage these systems, it must be causeddisorderly data structure to increase the difficulty for system management,maintenance and application.The construction of data exchange platform will achieve integration, mining andanalysis for data applications which provides support for data management anddecision-making, which makes applications from supporting operators to helpingmanagers. On the basis of the implementation of integrated business system, CM2006credit management system, international business and debt management systems by abank to achieve the construction of the data processing core architecture will furtherimprove the in formalization construction of the bank. So the bank will have astrong flexible and extensible mapping customization feature and there will be a goodfuture.This thesis is starts from the background of system development, previous studies andthe challenges to the main problems needed addressing of the system. The thesis alsomakes relevant introduction about the adopting technology and norms which has beenused in data exchange platform from the system overview and the overalldevelopment goal, and then from the aspects of functional and non-functionalrequirements gives descriptions respectively about data extraction, integration,pre-treatment, as well as supply and issued, platform management, platformmonitoring, job scheduling, data quality management, system security, performance,availability, scalability, transplantation and the impacts on business system. Then followed by the overall design and fully design detail, which makes a generaldescription from the aspect of the overall architecture of the system, data processing,and data storage strategies on overall design. Detailed design makes the fullyillustrations and descriptions from the view of database design, application design,external interface design, development and testing as well as the design of theoperating environment and non-functional design about data exchange platform.Finally, there follows the general description for system test.
