Geographic Information System Design And Implementation Of Data Exchange Platform

With the social and economic development, the importance of land and resourcesfor people are drasticallyincreasing. Land and resources play an important role in thesocio-economic development. The status of resources, layout and development changeand have a direct impact on economic development and planning. Land and resourcemanagement is focused on the direction of development of scientific, standardized,andpublic serviceinformation, which in its turn considers scientific and rational use of arelatively limited land and resources with the modern tools.Xuzhou City Land and Resources Bureau (land and resource management) needsto build a network platform of Xuzhou City Land and Resources.The lack of a unifieddeployment of the information systems, information management, data systems andinformation dissemination system within and outside two sets of different systems ofthe network results in physical isolation. Sodata exchange difficulties and seriousproblem of "information silos" occur. The basic part of the general geo-spatialinformation sharing can not be achieved inside and outside of the exchange network andwastes a lot of manpower and resources. With the continuous development of business,the hand-exchange has been increasingly unable to meet the requirements of processinglarge amounts of business data in real-time. In order to improve efficiency, there is anurgent need in changing the traditional manual way to the web-based online automatictransmission.This article is based on Xuzhou City Land and Resources Bureau informationmanagement, information systems and data exchange research. Common data exchangeused in heterogeneous information systems has security issues that exist in thenetworkgatewaytechnology. Security sharing model proposed a new solution to thecurrent data sharing programsof targeted exchange.Withthe targeted exchange and andstandard data HTTPS protocol to communicate in order to ensure highly secure datatransmission, data flows through the gateway in both direction, including local networkand external network data exchange between platforms, through network gatewaytransmission. Geographic information data exchange platform architecture and data integration approach pointed out three key issues:1. The impact of data exchange platform on data package flow;2. How to achieve platform security;3. How to protect the platform security and data exchangeThese issues require detailed analysis and design.This paper covers the network infrastructure, authentication and authorization,and auditing network security technology. It contains the research of the design toachieve the functional goals of system monitoring, fault tolerance, softwaredevelopment kits, application software transparent access and rapid applicationdeployment. According to the exchange of internal and external network security datafor the entire land and resource management, the contact between business objects,geographic information system data exchange platform authentication and accesscontrol can not be bypassed.The audit involved in the exchange of data checks integrityof a variety of data objects to provide a unified exchange system and solution. In termsof security issues, data sharing network isolated environments and real-time exchangeprovide a safe, reliable and efficient protection.
