Information construction has been carried out for many years in a lot of companies. Information technology has strong support more businesses, and information systems have become indispensable tools. With China National Electronics Import & Export Corp. (CEIEC)'s information construction, CEIEC developed and purchased lots of information systems, such as an ERP system, and OA collaborative office systems, and asset management system and mail system, etc.In recent years, CEIEC conducted a series of strategic restructuring and business transformation. Comprehensive, accurate and fast data analysis can provide an effective basis for company's leader to make a decision. During the progress of data mining, collected and analyzed from multiple systems, it is found that information systems running independently in CEIEC, data stored in these systems dispersedly without standards. The issue caused there are many inaccurate basic data, and an additional step for data cleaning and transformation required in the progress of data integration. These basic data cannot be synchronization between each system automatically, resulting in high maintenance cost of the system. More systems are joined in ongoing upgrade project in CEIEC. A platform to exchange data for these systems. Therefore, these inaccurate basic data and data exchange requirement become bottlenecks in system integration in CEIEC.For these issue of data management and data exchange in CEIEC, this thesis presents the design of data exchange platform and method of system integration based on master data management, and apply the platform to information system upgrade project in CEIEC.The main work of this thesis includes:(1) Summarize the concepts of the main data, and 4 implementation methods of manage of main data.(2) Design a method to requirement research.(3) Design the platform's main function and architecture, define 3 interfaces: synchronous interface, asynchronous interface and response interface.(4) Explain the critical technology used by platform's implement, design data structure.The design of the platform includes a configurable data structure to store master dataset. This data structure can be applying to various type of data. This platform implements data exchange among different systems by synchronous, asynchronous and response web services. Heterogeneous systems can be integrated with this platform. Integrated data from multiple systems can improve data application level, decrease the complexity of the data using and reduce the system master data update workload in the operations. So that the effect of CEIEC's information construction has greatly improved.The research objective of this thesis is to design and implement the exchange of master data management platform based on the data, complete information system integration in CEIEC. And hope to provide some reference value to other master data management and systems integration projects.
