The characteristics of mine transports is large volume, variety, narrow distance of different lengths, roadway, complexlines, short visible distance, so the operation and maintance if difficulties, security complex and high requirements.At present, most of domestic coal mine underground transport management mainly has the following two kinds of situations, one is the unit that holds the car plate, mine car transport, mark the membership units and transport destination in the above, by the transport unit(area) the unified scheduling; another kind of circumstance is the underground transportation task in part by the wheel as team all units, file a written application, by the rubber tyred fleet duty audit assignment, and finally by the team the team leader for the arrangement of specific transport vehicles, in the implementation process of underground transport, although has achieved the real-time tracking of vehicle location based on personnel positioning system, but still lack the effective combination of materials, specific units, vehicles, vehicle position information, makes use of unit, wheel team, control room and other management units lack of real-time information of the master, including the vehicle mileage statistics, the driver workload assessment and so on. This makes the implementation of unified management well material and its subordinate unit, transport vehicles and drivers to become in the specific transport work is particularly important.This paper aims to develop a set of auxiliary transportation logistics management system conforms to the characteristics of coal use, the system does not affect the existing operation principle of positioning system, structure and distribution of data, from the location server system to collect data to separate, independent construction complete system; platform uses B/S architecture Web publishing mode, the community will be popular electronic logistics the introduction of concept, underground logistics management, implementation, tracking can query real-time location material orders, statistics on the vehicle mileage, the driver workload evaluation functions.After the system developed, through a rigorous system stability, operation, and industrial-site response time testing the actual tests to ensure the system is stable and efficient operation; this system in coal mine materials to improve coal transportation logistics and transport efficiency, play safe the role of efficient and economical.
