The optimization of mine management parameters is a complicated system engineering,which involves the knowledge of many disciplines such as mining,geology,mineral processing,system science,mathematics,computer science and so on.Practice has proved that in today's market economy environment,the optimization results of mine management parameters can be used to guide the management and decision-making,and to improve the economic and social benefits of mining enterprises in the same deposit conditions and production technology level.Through quantitative and qualitative analysis,the paper studies the optimization problem of technical indicators in the management of the operation and management process of the copper mine in the process of the system and the global optimum,and then analyzes the relationship among various technical indexes.First of all,through the analysis of the sample grade of 21295 prospecting projects in the Purple Mountain Copper Mine,the grade frequency distribution map is drawn.The probability density function of the grade distribution is determined by parameter estimation.Secondly,according to the statistics of the selected grade,concentrate grade and recovery rate of ore dressing,the dynamic mathematical model of the interaction between the selected grade,the concentrate grade and the recovery rate was established.Moreover,according to the relationship between the price difference between the concentrate grade and the transaction price difference,the establishment of the function between the copper concentrate grade and copper concentrate trade price.Finally,from the viewpoint of system and global optimization,the dynamic relationship among the technical indexes of mining,mining and selection in the process of management is studied,and a comprehensive economic evaluation model is established.according to the optimization results,when the adaptive function of weight coefficient K from 0.5,namely economic benefit of mines and resources recovery rate is regarded as equally important,copper futures prices for 40000 yuan/ton,if boundary grade set to 0.29%and industrial grade set is 0.4%,copper concentrate grade from the original 20%of adjusted to 24%,mines can in as far as possible,make full use of copper resources under the premise,of copper per ton profit increase 432.33,achieve the improvement of economic benefits.In addition,according to the research results,the optimization results are compared with the parameters of the objective function.The practice shows that the economic benefit and social benefit of the mine enterprise management decision-making can be improved by the establishment of the mathematical model and the final optimization results.At the same time,according to the matlab program,which is written in this paper,we can make use of the existing results,call the program,and provide decision support for the management of enterprises.
