Design And Implementation Of An Approval System For Transport Vehicles Loaded With Non-disintegration Bulky Goods

The transport service of non-disintegration bulky goods plays an important role in transportation. It is an important project to the highway industry that the transport and management of transport vehicles loaded with non-disintegration bulky goods, because it is related to the country, enterprises, the property and life safety of the people, and the quality of the highway’s comprehensive service. The approval system is a kind of E-government application system.This thesis mainly analyzes the current situation of approval and traffic management for transport vehicles loaded with non-disintegration bulky goods, researches its survey of license approval window in Bureau office and approval agency, summarizes the current existing problems in the approval and traffic management, designs and programs the approval system for transport vehicles loaded with non-disintegration bulky goods. Firstly, the related development technologies of the system are studied, and the C/S architecture is determined as the system technical framework. Secondly, the business process and function model of this approval system are researched. Thirdly, According to the business requirements of the system, the system requirements analysis, business description, system architecture design and database design have been finished by referring the project development process and specification. Finally, the system functional modules such as personnel management, audit management, charging station management, and card service management are realized by programming. Personnel management module completes the scheduling and distribution of internal staff and authority management. Audit management module completes the auditor’s audit, the section chiefs audit, the director’s audit and the application changes. Charging station management module completes the IC card information reading, information verification, alarm management and postil management. Card service management module completes card box management, making card management and IC card recycling.In this thesis, on the basis of the relevant technology research, system analysis and design, the approval system for transport vehicles loaded with non-disintegration bulky goods has been designed and programmed. Software test results show that the system has achieved the expected design goal,the system security and the flexibility is better. At present, the system has been put into practical application and has shown good performance in practice. Therefore, the subject research of this thesis has certain practical significance and application value.
