Application And Approval System Based On Government Talent Cloud Platform Research And Implementation

In recent years,with the rapid development of China's economy and the improvement of people's living standards,we have entered an "Internet +" era.The state has vigorously promoted the development of "Internet + Government Services",promoted the reform of "One Network,One Door,A Time" in government services,and accelerated the construction of a nationwide integrated online government service platform.We will make use of advanced IT technologies such as the Internet,big data,cloud computing and artificial intelligence to make government service platforms more capable of providing public services and more intelligent.Based on the construction of the talent cloud platform of a local government and facing the increasingly complex talent service needs of government departments,this thesis investigates the actual demand for regional talent service,and carries out demand analysis,overall design of micro-service architecture,functional service module design,database design and high availability design for the government talent cloud platform.Research and design policy matching recommendation model,users online matching policy documents,accurate recommendation of policy documents.Summing up the existing application and approval process of government affairs,studying and designing a scalable and universal application and approval service process of government affairs.Spring Cloud Alibaba micro-service architecture is built,and the government talent Cloud platform is divided into five independent service modules,including user management service module,government management service module,application and approval service module,policy matching and recommendation service module,data analysis service module and basic micro-service application module.The project development mode of front-end separation is adopted.Docker containerization technology is used for continuous integration of service modules and applications and continuous deployment to the cloud server.Research and design policies matching recommended model,through the analysis of the government personnel cloud users public resume information and user's historical behavior data,the user portrait classification,combined with the classification of policy text labels,building user policy declare recommendation system algorithm of text score matrix,realize the online matching policy document to declare,Government departments will accurately recommend policy documents to users.Processes are adopted and the process modeling method,the administrative examination and approval process,combing with the type of examination and approval can be divided into linear parallel linear parallel to the examination and approval,the examination and approval,examination and approval,to define different types of examination and approval rules,in the form of combination process and process cycle,scalable,universal declaration service process of examination and approval,well versed in government departments,according to the examination and approval service Data sharing in government services will be achieved.
