The Application And Research Of Workflow Engine In Enterprise Office System

This research is based on a large state-owned enterprise, and the application of workflow technology in the office business of the enterprise is researched. The main purpose is to rebuild the business process of the enterprise, build workflow model of the enterprise, develop workflow engine system. That is to replace the existing office business process support tools, forming a general office business process platform. Facilitate enterprises to strengthen the management of office operations, improve work efficiency, enhance the comprehensive strength of the enterprise.This paper discusses the workflow theory knowledge, including the origin, development process, business application and workflow technology.The status quo of the enterprise office business is analysed. In the process of analysis, it is found that the business process of the enterprise is complex, the workflow is fuzzy, the workflow software system is simple, the office efficiency is low, and can’t meet the needs of the current office business.With the knowledge of workflow technology, the business process of the enterprise is studied, and the workflow model is established. In the research process, we can get the following conclusions.That if the business is the main body of the workflow model, it has some problems such as poor reusability, poor cooperation, difficulty of expansion and modification. If the process is the main body of the workflow model, don’t look at business, that only be used to deal with the common properties.Instead, it can be good used to simulate the application effect. Therefore, this paper decided to use the process as the main body of the workflow modeling, and on the basis of the development of the general office of the enterprise office workflow engine system.The workflow engine system is integrated into the enterprise office system to verify the application, tracking the running situation, record the running data. Through the operation of data and user feedback, the system has been running steadily and has good effect. It has a good supporting role for the office business.Through research, development and application, it is feasible to develop workflow model based on method, that is taken process flow to be the main body of the workflow model. In the practical application, it has achieved good results, which have solved the problems of the enterprise office business, and achieved the expected research purposes.
