Among the three major grain crops in our country, corn ranks the second. Today, along with the rapid development of processing industry and stock farming, the demand of corn is becoming larger and larger. Information technology are more and more important towards agriculture modernization with the development of precision agriculture and exploration of wisdom agriculture. As is well-known, predecessors have made an immense amounts of research and explore on the road toward agricultural informatization, which contains a lot of scientific and effectual research findings. With the progress of mobile internet, the number of smart-phone users has already exceeds the users of traditional PC pattern. Smart-phones, IPAD and other mobile terminal not only have powerful capability, but also have protability, universality and other characteristics. Thus, under the background of swift and violent development of mobile internet, how to make it serve the agricultural field is this paper’s starting point and ultimate goal.As a major agricultural province, corn is the most important grain crops of Jilin province, but agricultural modernization is still in relative poor phase development compared with developed nations. One of the major reasons is the slow progress of agricultural informatization, which lead to agricultural science and technology information block. Together with long time unreasonably chemical medicine using, corn pesticide residues exceeds, which made pest disease and weed prevention lack effective measures, corn output and quality remained low, and constrains corn industrial development. In maize producing, most peasants have less knowledge of pest disease and weed prevention. It is difficult to take measures accurately and often delay preventative cure. The disease becomes more serious every day. Under this circumstance, this research build a maize-producing-based WeChat Platform with the help and support of China’s 863 High-Tech Program. The main contents are as follows:(1) Build a WeChat Platform with the subject of agricultural production, base on OAuth 2.0, user’s no-identity recognition function has achieved and supports better experience. The Platform possesses perfect API interface, lots of normal methods and applications being packaged in applicable level. It allows accessing terminal sensor directly, getting system parameters and other advanced permissions. With B/S pattern, data processing and generation all work at server port.(2) Through WeChat Application Platform, three kinds of service are developed, including information class, service class and function application class, which realize agricultural information service accurately. Information class includes agricultural news, market news, agricultural policy, notification and other information pushing function; service class includes information technique training, agricultural technique, agricultural training and other information service function. Function application class includes plant diseases and insect pests treatment, yield prediction, precision fertilization and other intelligent decision making function. So as to achieve selective users’ classifying, information targeting accurately and high efficient intelligent decision.(3) Depend on WeChat Application Platform and artificial intelligence techniques applying, base on WeChat Platform, corn planet diseases and insect pests treatment intelligent system has achieved. Text, images, audio, video and others can all-round cooperate and interact. In the process of corn growth in different periods, symptoms of disease and disease position, the selection of information can make peasants get the final result by treatment and inference, and take appropriate measurement, speeding up the spread and apply of agricultural informatization.(4) Based on GIS and LBS, user’s position is obtained, and users will get the agrotype and soil content off current position. It supports maize producing intelligent decision service for agricultural production management, agricultural technology extension workers and numerous peasant users.The dissertation based on project Corn Precision Operating System Research and Application of National 863 Program. By analyzing main functions of WeChat Platform, combining APT interface specification and expert system’s own features, we design” Agriculture Intellegence” intelligent system and make particular functional requirement. We model according to agricultural field demand. Finally build a WeChat Platform-based intelligent agricultural system, achieving to support real-time, accurate decision basis, promoting from traditional agriculture to the modern agriculture changes.
