Resistance welding machine is widely used in modern industry such as aerospace,automobile manufacturing and so on. It has good technical performance and dynamic response.It is a kind of welding method which is popular in modern industry, which has been paid more and more attention in recent years.There are some shortcomings like unfriendly interface,inconvenient operation and less human nature at present market, and the parameters of resistance welding machine showed directly in the control panel on the welding machine, it has no data storage and data analysis functions.In recent years mobile internet technology is a popular technology, which obtains the basic information of the object through the sensor technology, then it can commute and exchange date information and it can displays and operates in the mobile terminal.The resistance welding machine can storage and analysis the welding data in the server combine with the mobile internet technology, so it can warn in time and it’s so important for the safe, efficient and stable operation of the electric welding machine.In this paper, it proposes an monitoring system of resistance welding machine based on mobile internet technology. The system consists of three parts: resistance welding machine control system, Android client and web server. This paper first introduces the background and significance of this research and the know the research status at home and abroad.Secondly, it introduces the overall framework and key technologies of the project and analysis the factors that can affect the technology of the welding machines, and what’s more it will be increased with two modules that can communicate through Internet.Thirdly, this paperadopts a develop environment of WAMP(Windows+Apache+ MYSQL+PHP) to build the web server, and it uses the Google’s latest software of Studio Android to develop and design the client.It can transmit the remote data with two modes of RM04 module and GPRS module. Finally, the whole system can be on-line debugged, to add or delete the equipment, and it can check real-time data and historical data, it also has the functions of welding machine alarm,initialization and so on. The successful implementation of this project has greatly improved the user experience, and enhanced the competitiveness of the market.
