The Research Of Resistance Welding Process On Receiver

Dispensing technology is widely used in the modern production of electronic and electrical appliances, but with temperature and the environmental changes the viscosity and hardness of glue are in change. It becomes brittle, the adhesion is not stable, which can seriously affect the quality of the products, especially in the hearing aid, headphones and other products.The glue connection is easy to lead to separation between components, it impact the product quality, and the next step it will affect the hearing-ability and the life. In order to improve the above problems, the application of resistance welding process to replace the glue connection can get high welding strength and high reliability performance in the main body of the receiver assembly. It makes the body of the receiver components connection is more reliable, reducing the influence of the external environment, improve the quality and expand the life of the receiver.Through the resistance welding process analysis and design, I develop a set of welding system which can meet the connection request, make sure no pollution, improve the assembly connection strength, reduce welding spatter, improve the welding stability, and improve the quality of the products. The main contents of this paper are as follows.Firstly, analysis the status of receiver assembly subject at home and abroad research, aiming at the problems existing in the dispensing process I design the resistance welding process.Through the understanding of the market, learn that resistance welding power and welding platform has not formed the good welding system, especially for receiver production, there is no specialization of resistance welding equipment.Secondly, in order to improve the quality of the receiver of the products and improve the assembly process, I learn the receiver of the working principle and the structure of receiver assembly, and complete the resistance welding equipment design, power supply design, welding technology study, verify the quality, research and development of a set of resistance welding system to support receiver manufacture.Thirdly, for research and development of the resistance welding system, through the study of typical control parameters of resistance spot welding, the compiled program to complete the control system program compilation, debugging.it was successfully applied to the actual production, and solving the problems of metal connection issue, then improving the product reliability, bring high-quality sound power converter to the hearing aid and the earphone industry.Fourthly, after the making of resistance welding equipment based on research, the validation and use of the actual machine in production line, we expand this kind of resistance welding machines and process to all assembly lines. This experience will give us the solid foundation for the next step production line with automatic machines.
