| Welding is one of the most important areas for the application of industrial robot, with foreign and domestic used industrial robot in welding on the application; our country has also started the welding robot research and applications. After years of development and reform, welding robot has been used in the production field in our country.Robotic machines means introduced robotic technology to traditional mechanical and make it has the function of robot. Of course, we can call robotic machines the smart or intelligent mechanical machines. Robot technology, electro-hydraulic - that is, integration technology is an important means to enhance our country's overall technological level of machinery and product grades.Used the concept of thinking about the robot machines and cooperated with enterprise; we designed and produced the robotic machines for motor shell welding unit. According to the characteristics of welding process and scene production, we proposed two methods to solve the problem: regular fixture with the six degrees of freedom joint robot solutions, dedicated fixture with Rectangular coordinates robot solutions. According to the scene in the production environment and the characteristics of welding technology requirements, comparing the advantages and disadvantages of several options, we selected the special fixture with two degrees of freedom cartesian coordinates robot solutions. The robot welding unit for motor shell integrated robot technology and automation control modules on the basis of the traditional welding equipment for motor shell, and designed special fixture for it, so that it can adapt to different specifications of the motor shell welding, to realize flexible and flexibility for Shell Motor welding production.In accordance with the characteristics of the scene and the production, the papers designed the welding equipment control system, in accordance with the requirements of drive system, we calculated and analysis for the motor selection, and discussed its controller. Paper lies in mechanical system and control system integration design, PLC coordinated with robot controller of control, to realize the automation of welding equipment, and make it has the function of robot, which is a focus of this paper.In addition, during the welding operation, interference with a variety of ways, and most prominent among them is the electromagnetic interference, we encountered a lot problems in the actual debug, papers analysis and debugging control system hardware and software system from the aspect of power interference suppression, shield grounding, relays interference and so on, we proposed measures for interference suppression. In the end of the papers introduced the actual operation of robotic machine for motor shell welding unit at the scene and the production, and analysis the practical application of results, simulated the power filtering, and put forward the idea of improving for the future. |
