In the long-term power inspection work and research, Dong’e county electric power supply company has realized that electric power equipment is safe, reliable and stable operation, which is the survival and development of the electric power sector. The local electric power transmission and distribution line facilities of Dong’e county continuously update, which needs Dong’e county electric power supply company to take more automatic and intelligent management for the power transmission and the affiliated equipments. In the electric power inspection management work and so on, Dong’e county electric power supply company also urgently needs to achieve transition to electronic, information technology direction. Dong’e county electric power supply company thus realizes that only with the aid of information platform and advanced technology, it can manage the electric patrol inspection process more effectively.The power patrol inspection system is designed and developed under the background of the beginning. This system adopts the distributed architecture, using object-oriented design method, using UML language to analyze system requirements, adopting the JAVA language to write the core code. The PC end uses B/S architecture and Spring+Struts+Hibernate design patterns, and the mobile end uses PDA+GPS mode, which exchanges data with the WebService. The background adopts relational database SQL Server 2014 for system design. This system adopts advanced technology and the design thought, which will ensure high performance of the system reliability and business data.This system combines with Dong’e county electric power supply company the actual needs of daily power patrol inspection process learn from the development of similar systems at home and abroad, the experience and advanced technology to research and develop this system. This system can complete system management, inspection management, inspection personnel positioning management, mobile inspection and query statistics, etc. This system can be used by the system administrator, inspection and maintenance personnel in the background and mobile terminals, for checking process data management, on-site inspection, records management, inspection personnel positioning and overhaul of equipments in electric power inspection work. This system will be able to strengthen inspection personnel to manage electrical equipment, which will make the inspection personnel locating, inspection records management and equipment maintenance, etc., more standardized, standardized and efficient in the process of routing inspection.The development and use of the system will be able to greatly promote Dong’e electricity power supply company daily operation management level, reduce the work intensity of inspection personnel, and ensure the normal and orderly operation of the local power grid. This system can also promote the scientific development of the electric power industry in our country to a certain extent, and provide guidance for the power of information management.
