The patrol officers can use Android, IOS mobile devices to finish their inspection task operation in daily work.And the mobile terminals read the inspection tasks from the cloud,also inspects the task in accordance with the inspection process and the content of inspection.At the same time,the authentic results of inspection will be sent to the cloud management platform.The cloud management platform consists of WEB servers, database servers and so on. The management platform and communication interfaces are developed by using the J2EE technology.And the database is MYSQL which is an open source database. Last but not least,the mobile terminals support Android and IOS equipment.
