Development And Research Of Intelligent Tour Inspection System For Pump Groups

Plant monitoring and diagnosis has developed quickly in recent years, it has effectively ensured the stably running of the plant, and will play a more and more important role in the plant predictive maintenance.This project has adopted many technologies, such as Data Collection, Digital Signal Processing(DSP) , Fault Diagnosis , Database Design technologies > Object Oriented Programming(OOP), and realized the function modulus of intelligent tour inspection and data analysis for pump groups in Yanshan petrochemical company, Sinopec Corp. The function modules include the analysis of the data colleted and fault diagnosis. There are wave, frequency, envelopment and history trend analysis in data analysis function modules.
