The Design Of Intelligent Tour Inspection Terminals Based On Arm And GPRS

With the development of productive forces and progress of technological, production equipment increasingly complex. Traditional monitoring tools can not meet the production automation, intelligence and networking needs. As an important auxiliary equipment of safety producting, intelligent inspection terminal can achieve in a complex environment of many devices in real time the amount of multi-signal acquisition and processing, also could serve as a solution to the safe operation of production equipment. Embedded technology is becoming the mainstream of the field of micro-control technologies with its powerful processing capability. Wireless communication technologies especially GPRS wireless network technology has been development rapidly. It can be combin the Internet and wireless communications networks and enhance the efficiency of the wireless monitoring. Based on the analysis of the research progress of the circuit-check terminal in the nation and abroad, together with the related knowledge of the embedded system and GPRS technology, this paper advanced a wireless smart devices inspection terminal system resolvent combining GPRS wireless communication and embedded system.The syetem use the S3C2410 as microprocessor. S3C2410 collect data from external sensor, then use the AT command of the GPRS module to send the data to the ChinaMobile's GPRS server, and the server re-send the data to the control center whose IP address is gave in the data using the Internet. The control center analysis these data with special software. GPRS network will be feedback related control command to monitor points.Main completed works in this paper inelude: realize GPRS transceiver hardware and software. The partwork of hardware include: design function of hardware module, select equipment of wireless module and single-chip. The Partwork of softwareinelude: give the software exploit flowd and completed the development of each module. Experiment have indicated the stability and credibility, and can fulfill fact requirement of wireless data transform of long distance.
