The Design And Implementation Of Long-Distance Pipeline Inspection Management System For Natural Gas Company Of Yunnan Province

Natural gas is the main energy source in the energy industry of urban development,its pipeline inspection and management has become a top priority.The drawbacks of traditional pipeline inspection,recording and management methods,such as high cost,high subjectivity,low inspection efficiency,and high error rate.Yunnan Provincial Natural Gas Co.,Ltd.researched relative software and technologies about pipeline inspection domestic and overseas,and finally built and developed a long-distance pipeline inspection management system with advanced computer technology.This system adopted B/S architecture,Java language and MVC-based Struts+Spring+Hibernate technology framework.B/S architecture reduced the input cost of the natural gas company.Java language is an object-oriented development language that made the system development have a better advantage.MVC mode separated views,models,and controls so that R&D work can be layered simultaneously.Struts+Spring+Hibernate technology framework divided the system into user interface layer,logical presentation layer,business layer,data access layer,and data layer.The database design of this system used Microsoft SQL Server 2014,which is a relational database management software that can guarantee the data security of the system.The long-distance pipeline inspection management system of Yunnan Provincial Natural Gas Co.,Ltd.realized functions of GIS platform,data management,inspection information management,task management,statistical analysis and system management.Among them,GIS platform function included map browsing,coordinate query,online distribution,pipeline query,walking route,historical route,hidden danger query,alarm query,and measurement tools.Data management function included pipeline management,corner pile management,inspection section management,mandatory point management,geo-tagging management,organization management,alarm SMS setting,and team management.Inspection information management function included inspection detail inquiry,missed inspection detail inquiry,hidden danger.information recording,hidden danger record processing,and alarm record processing.Task management function included inspection task management,mapping task management,and temporary task management.Statistical analysis function included statistics of inspection,statistics of missed inspection,statistics of hidden danger,statistics of alarm processing,analysis of inspection,analysis of hidden dangers,and analysis of alarm processing.System management function included WEB user management,inspection personnel management,rights management,and role management.The long-distance pipeline inspection management system of Yunnan Provincial Natural Gas Co.,Ltd.developed a management system which was suitable for the company's pipeline inspection requirements,saving financial resources and providing exemplary standards for this field.The implementation and promotion of the system has enabled digital management of inspection management.
