Research And Realization Of Mobile Forest Fireproofing Command System

According to the character of forest fireproofing scene command, using the technology of GIS, cross-platform integrated map and the OLE automation, the paper designs the mobile forest fireproofing command system, realizes the communication between the system and the command center, the scene positioning of the kindling point, the data extraction, the generation of 3D model, the inter-visibility analysis, account of shortest path, account of grade and slope and the in-fire loss assessment.The system has the feature of mobility by many means of communication and storing the data from the extraction on single computer. Based on the study of the inter-visibility algorithms, the paper proposes and realizes the Quick Inter-Visibility Algorithm of point to region. The experiments with typical data verify that the algorithm ensures the accuracy of the algorithm, and obviously improve the efficiency. The system has been put into test run, and obtains the primary recognition of the users.
