Design And Implementation Of Administrative And Financial Management System For YuCai Primary School Based On J2EE

With the paperless office in the education system progresses vigorously, many schools gradually introduce electronic office systems. However, universal administrative management and financial management system doesn’t meet the schools’ everyday work well. At the same time, as a result of the devel opers’ lacking of unders tanding of the school specific business processes, the recent co mplex systems are difficult to use, and efficient work is hard for the accounting personnel. Hence, in order to facilita te the daily m anagement of the school, it is need to develop a fully functional, easy-to-use system.A kind of adm inistrative management and financial management system for Yucai primary school is proposed, which is on the basis of J2 EE. Taking into account cost, development time, ease of use and other factor s, the system uses B/S structure and MVC pattern, uses SSH framework. At the same time, according to the needs of users, the system is developed by using Eclipse 4 as the development tool, using JAVA as development language, using Mysql as database, and using Tomcat as running server. Firstly, after expounding the status and the key technology of the financial management system, this paper analyzed and designed this system based on the dem and of the administrative and financial m anagement system of Yu Cai school, including the overa ll situation, functi onal and non-functional analysis. Secondly, this paper describes the overall design architecture, system design principles, and system architecture. At the same time, the designs of this system comprised of system-level design, functional tem poral design and database design are finished. Furthermore, the paper im plements the seve n modules of adm inistrative and f inancial management system, i.e., authorization m anagement, manager m anagement, level of management, teacher managem ent, pay m anagement, accounting m anagement and report generation according to the system configur ation, concrete im plementation and function display combined with the corresponding codes. Finally, the running state is tested to verify the integrity, stability and security. The purpose of all these technologies is to save much time and money. The system is m ainly for th e accounting personnel, and provides friendly functions, such as, Authorization Managem ent, function adding, teacher m anagement, accounting management and report generation. W ith the help of this sy stem the accounting personnel can easily work out their routine work.The implementation of the sy stem bring great convenience to accoun t personnel of administrative management and financial m anagement system at all le vels, and can greatly improve work ef ficiency, while helping to advance the enti re process of financial informationization. The use of adm inistrative management and financial management system for Yucai prim ary school can efficiently or ganize teacher m essage for account personnel, increase teacher salary as they need, and m anage account message. Furthermore, it can generate salary file tables of scale promotion, and one file saved as xls suffix corresponding to breakdown of bank deposits according to the format provided by the bureau of education. But it still needs further research in the interface design and database redundancy.
