With the continuous development of information technology, more and more work needs to be processed by using computer technology. With the growing number of television advertising business, advertising also needs to be informational management, which on the one hand frees the employees from the complex work and improve work efficiency on the other hand.The advertising management system is designed and developed on the basis of a full investigation on television advertising business. This advertising management system uses these techniques including NET, C / S architecture and SQL database.The thesis is divided into six chapters to introduce the design and implementation of advertising management system. The first chapter is mainly about the paper’s background, researching significance and current situation both abroad and at home. The second chapter introduces the system’s development techniques. The third chapter makes a analysis on the advertising business and the requirements of the system, which mainly includes functional requirements and non-functional requirements, and then gives the system’s development environment. Chapter IV refers to the above requirement analysis, makes each functional module designed in detail, showing each functional timing diagrams, and then introduces the database design of the system, giving the ER diagram and table structure. Chapter V deals with the above design, realizing the system and giving the specific realization interface and flow chart. Finally, the realization of the above systems is tested, and the test shows that the system can meet the needs of achieving television advertising business.The implemented advertising system in this paper can achieve five main functions, including landing management, systems management, business management, statistical analysis and data maintenance functions. Log management is mainly for controlling user login; system management functions mainly include re-login, change password, operator management, basic settings and set the title and the back, which must be set to ensure the system’s normal operation. Operational management is the core module of the system, including customer management, advertising management, and broadcast list management. Statistical analysis is mainly to achieve some statistical data, including advertising monthly statistics, customer ranking edition, the new advertising today, the expiring advertisement today and advertising library. Data maintenance is to maintain the data of the implemented system, including data backup and recovery, data cleaning, network database connection and network database disconnection.The implemented system has been deployed in the relevant units to meet their business requirements and improve their work efficiency, which turned out to be practical.
