With the continuous development of information technology, the previous manual or EXCEL processing work is solved by computer step by step. With a growing number of domestic highway, the highway advertisement has become a very effective way of advertising. Due to the increasing number of billboards, then the effective management on the billboard has become the focus of media advertising. On the one hand, using computer software technology to manage the billboards resource can improve the management efficiency of the employees. On the other hand, it can also transform them from the complex manual management mode into computer management. Meanwhile,the new technology can reduce the use cost, reduce the probability of error because of manual mode. It is very necessary that this paper describes the design and the implementation of the billboard resource management system in media advertising company, which is based on B/S.The media company billboard resources management system, which is designed and implemented in the paper, is based on B/S framework. In the design it uses the MVC frame in the development. Billboard resource management system implemented in this paper includes 4 functional modules, which are system management module,system management module, billboard query module and authority management module. The system uses the popular.NET architecture in the processes of development.The development language uses C# and the database uses SQL sever. The main work of this paper is as follows:(1) The paper introduces both the significance and the significance of the research on billboard resource management system. At the same time, the paper also includes the introduction of the researching situation both abroad and at home. At last, the paper describes the research content of the thesis.(2) The paper makes an analysis about the system’s requirements, needs analysis must be done in detail, the software can be done to meet the needs of most users. In thispaper, the four modules of the system are introduced in detail by referring to the similar system and in the unit of the employee research methods.(3) After the system needs to get,according to the requirements of the billboard resource management system, the paper makes a design, which mainly includes the system architecture design, the process design and the functional design. It gives the system architecture design diagram and the sequence diagram, and also gives the design of the system database, as well as the concept of database design and database table design.(4) Aiming at the design and the implementation of the system, the paper gives the function’s implementation process, mainly on the realization of the advertising brand resource management system is how to achieve the various functions of a detailed analysis of the introduction, the implementation flow chart and the partial screenshots.The system design mainly includes 4 parts, they are the structure design, process design,function design and database design. System design also needs to follow certain design principles.(5) The paper is to test the billboard resource management system. Through the test results, the realization of the advertising brand resource management system must be strictly tested before it can be submitted to the user. First, it introduces the basic knowledge of the system test, and then select the four main function points to test.。it proves that the implemented system can meet the management needs of the media advertising company staff.。The although the completion of the billboard resource management system design and implementation work. But there are still a problem, in this paper, the realization of the system and geographic information system(GIS) combined, in the later work and study, try to with GIS combined with together. Due to the limited time and ability, the test is not enough, so the system also has some BUG, in the future work process will continue to solve the improvement.
