Advertising is experiencing from the traditional to a modern integrated information service based change in advertisers need to treat different types of advertising, the advertising management system as an important management tool of advertising, the same face of enormous challenges. In this context, with support of software design techniques and UML technique, this paper is to give a plan on design and implementation of the advertising management system.Relying the basic concepts of business management advertising and theoretical basis, this paper uses existing software and systems development of advanced technology to the progressive realization of advertising management system.Firstly, this thesis describes the system design of the system model and describes how to use the three-tier technology and data management tools, designed in ASP.NET environment; Secondly, this system is divided into six basic modules, namely, system settings, advertising review, contract review, financial management, compilation broadcast management, verification management and systems to help each of these function modules for the design and implementation. This paper also takes advantage of the characteristics of a three-tier structure, the use of data access technology, stored procedures, to improve system data access speed and efficiency, optimize the design of the system. In the end, this paper presents a test on the realization of the final module of the system functionality and performance in order to fully complete the advertising business management information analysis and research.
