With the p ace of China’ s financial m arket system reform and financial m arket competition is inc reasingly fierce, especially in orde r to prof it as th e main business purpose of comm ercial Banks, the tradit ional banking business philosophy and management pattern already can not adapt to net increasingly fierce financial m arkets, the traditional management concept for the cen ter with p roduct also need to take the customer as the center, change the bank service ideas, promote anticipation ability work links such as Banks, needs to be improve d. Customer relationship management(CRM) system is a set of m anagement and information technology of infor mation management platform, with the rapid developm ent of information technology in today’s society, the management process of the information it is necessary for Banks, the bank should be set up as soon as possible, the development strategy of \ "take the customer as the center\" by optimizing the banking business process in or der to enhance custom er satisfaction and loyalty.Based on the rural credit cooperatives in In ner Mongolia as an example to research, customer relationship management(CRM) system is similar to commercial Banks, the bank and China’s big department existing customer base is not stable, satisfaction is not high, the customer is easy to loss, bank wo rk quality not higher m anagement problem, hope that through information means combining modern bank management idea, through the working process of the bank CRM syst em in intelligence, autom ation, digital seamless contact with the m asses of customer’ s business environment, to pro vide personalized financial services all the way, in order to improve the quality of work of the bank, improve bank’s operating profit, bank can under complex financial environment is in an impregnable position.The CRM are dis cussed in this paper the main function is generally include marketing management, customer management, service m anagement, statistics management and setting up the system, through the bank of per missions distribution function will ordinary salesman, business manager permissions in different roles, such as reasonable, make the system runs sm oothly under the clear perm issions defined environment. In technology is convenient, the system will use the.net platform and used 2008 database m anagement system developm ent, application of asp.net, the data warehouse and data m ining technology in th e design and im plementation of funct ion. After standardization system design and analysis, can be us ed into the bank and made some of the desired ef fect, ability for banking have made a lot of ascension, for customers to engage in financial activities of the behavior can do it in advance, the development of bank business risk aversion a nd the late direction prediction has a good guiding significance. This article from the system requirement analysis, system design and system implementation and so on several as pects, distinguished the interpretation of the CRM system design and implementation of the process.
