Design And Implementation Of The ERP System For Printing Company

With the constant progress of society, all kinds of printing orders continuous development in the company, with the company reform become deeply. The structure of staff is changed with succession of the old by the young. The potential deficiencies also highlight in the business management of the printing company. In order to meet the needs of the company of all kinds of rapid development printing order business, integrated marketing, product design, production, warehousing, transportation and other business streamline. The paper designs ERP system in printing company. The application of the system maintained the customer resources, improve the level of customer management and the working efficiency, save the existing resources effectively.This paper mainly introduces the design and printing process of ERP system in the company, learning the development of home and abroad in ERP,. Based on comprehensive analysis of the management status and problems of the company, conduct the feasibility of information implementation. By using ERP theory model and structured development techniques to make the company to realize the process of information. This paper designed and implemented four function modules in the ERP system, they are order management module, production management module, the purchasing management and quality management module respectively. The main research content is as follows:(1) According to the business needs of the printing company, the demand analysis of the system is carried on, detailed analysis the use cases of the four functional modules. Next the non-functional requirements on the system are introduced.(2) According to the requirement analysis of the system, the general design is done, general design including the system design principle, the network topology structure of the system, the overall architecture design, detailed design the entity diagram and the function diagram of four function modules.(3) According to the general design, the detailed design is done. The detailed design includes the class diagram of four function modules, activity diagram, part of the database design and the design of the system security interface.(4) According to above design of the system, the development environment and implementation interface of the system are introduced. The development of this system uses three layer of C/S architecture, the three layers are presentation layer, business logic layer and data layer. The development language of the system is C #, and using SQL Server 2008 database. In addition to the main interface of the four function modules is displayed, the result of the system interface are beautiful and practical.(5) Finally, the system was tested. The paper introduces the purpose of the system testing, test content, test methods, test environment and tools. At last, part of the test cases are introduced, and the result of the test are summarized.The construction of the ERP system improves the company’s printing business management capabilities, achieve the company’s operational excellence in printing business, strengthen scientific management. The system also improves enterprise work efficiency and economic benefit as a whole.
