The Design And Implementation Of ERP System For Medium And Small Sized Printing Enterprises

The common ERP system which most of the medium and small printing business are using is mainly used for financial management.The professional ERP system is not widely used because of the high cost.Designing a printing ERP system that most of the small enterprises can afford is essential.It is helpful to manage production process,Enhance the efficiency of staff work,improve the economic efficiency of enterprises.In view of the practical management needs of small and medium printing enterprises,and compared with the research status both here and abroad,This thesis analyzes the practicability and necessity of the application of the ERP system in the printing business.By applying the basic theory of ERP system from three aspects: business,function and non-functional requirement,it also analyzes the demand of five administration modules of the ERP system.They are respectively: information,sales,production,warehouse and statistics.The ERP system is constructed by using the programming technology of PowerBuilder and the related technology of Client / Server structure system and SQL Server 2008 database administration system.At the same time,the overall system architecture,the system function modules and the logical structure and form of system database are designed as well.Among them,the system function module includes five modules such as: information,sales,production,storage and statistical management in order to focus on the management of before printing,after printing and printing.This paper designs and draws the E-R diagram of important modules and table structure and relationship diagram,and gives the details of the database form.It also designs and presents the user login interface and the function module interface,and gives the user flow chart of each module.At present,the basic production process of the ERP system in Deli printing company has been able to run smoothly,through the integration management toward sales,production,warehouse management and statistical processes.The company's management efficiency has got promoted.Meanwhile,the design goals have finally achieved.
