With the development of market economy and increasingly competition in enterprises, senior talents have become one of important factors for enterprises to achieve the longterm development and trategic goal. As the most valuable resource in enterprises, human resource has directly affected the success or failure of business. Human resource management is one of the most important contents for business enterprise daily management, it has comlex tasks and high accuracy requirement. However, most traditional human resource management is always based on manual management, it has very low efficiency. This management mode cannot satisfy the need of development in enterprises. How to take into account the interests of enterprises and staff needs together, to execute the fair and efficient management, is an urgent problem to be solved in the management of enterprises. With the application and popularization of computer and Internet technology, the process of human resource management has been accelerated. The design of the reasonable and effective human resource management through information technology, it uses to optimize the business process, configure the human resource, and to improve the management level and efficiency of enterprises. It makes enterprises more competitive in the future development.To make fully use of computer technology and Internet resource for improving the management quality, in this paper, the existing hardware and software of the enterprises are used. Through the comprehensive analysis of system, we design the system function modules to set human resource management as a core business, and propose the mixed combination of C/S and B/S architecture to develop the human resource management system for small enterprises. This system is based on the powerful Visual Studio development platform using SQL Server 2008 as the system database, and adopted ASP.NET to complete the design and realization of human resource management system. Moreover, the module partition method is used for the design of system, it is helpful for the system administrator to modify and maintain the system function conveniently.The work of the thesis mainly includes the following aspects:(1) we research the background, the goal and the significance of constructing the human resource management system, the current research situation at home and abroad, we also analyze the existing problems.(2) we analyze amd design the system requirements. According to the realization of process of human resource management system, detailed designing process is proposed which includes the feasibility analysis of system, the design of system framework, the functional analysis, the design of database, the design of main function modules and the detailed design process.(3) according to the requirements of functions for the system structure, we explain the the operation of system environment, and the design of system modules, data structure designing and the process of main module realization. At last, the system is strictly tested.This system can not only fulfill most daily demands of the human resource management in enterprises, but also pass the standardized test. It can improve the quality and level of enterprises management for enterprises, and provide the guarantee of sustainable development.
