Design And Implementation Of Jilin Province Highway Administration Bureau E-government System

With the development and popularization of e-government system has gradually become the most convenient bridge in the industry. Many governments, schools, enterprises and institutions, in accordance with their own business characteristics, build their own e-government system. In order to break the time and space constraints, to efficiently and quickly complete the relevant business. The construction of e-government system is very important for the small, far and scattered units of Highway Administration Bureau.At present, the hot issues of the provincial highway administration bureau are that the high speed information must be timely, and the important system engineering of the high speed information depends on the construction and perfection of the e-government. Along with the further construction and development of Jilin province highway, the establishment and improvement of the laws and regulations, the coordination and synchronization of the tasks of each functional departments, which promotes the development and application of the e-government system of the highway administration bureau.This paper first introduces the background and significance of the development of the e-government system of the Highway Administration Bureau, and analyzes its current situation. According to the overall functional requirements of the system to determine the application technology and the application framework of the development system.,it models and designs the e-government system of Highway administration Bureau under UML( Unified Modeling Language), in the process of object-oriented system design, we decompose the tasks for complex system development. Through the design and refinement of the use case, static and dynamic model,it shortens the development complexity and cycle, so then it increases the system’s reusability greatly. Through the analysis and design of the model, this paper realizes the design of the e-government system of the Highway Administration Bureau.This system can effectively help the highway administration Bureau to carry out the government affairs open, to build interaction platform of this system and user, to assist the citizen to travel smoothly,to strengthen the internal efficiency, to reduce management and service operation cost.
