Design And Development On E-government System Of Local Government

With the rapid development of e-government, from top to bottom, all levels ofgovernment are establishing their own e-government system. The main objective is tobuild a virtual government through network integration on the Internet, to streamline theagencies, to improve management, to optimize management procedures, to reducemanagement cost, to provide a full range of high quality and efficient services to thecommunity. The Chinese government attaches great importance to the development ofe-government and has taken a series of effective measures to promote the practice. Inpractice, there are great achievements of the development of e-government as well assome practical problems to be solved.This paper aiming at the design and development of e-government to localgovernment, analyzing the problems of it, introducing the MVC design pattern on theapplication integration and management capabilities of the system, elaborating thetechnology of this program by made an in-depth technical route. From the systemobjectives, the overall conception and frame, technical routes and other aspects of thesystem network construction sites were studied.Finally, problems of dividing domain boundaries of the security domain, within theenvironmental security issues and site security management issues are analyzed, thensolutions for network security system was found.
