Relative to traditional concept of Internet, Internet of Things contains a lot of features described as follows: the first feature is that, Internet of Things is a kind of more general network. The extension of Internet of Things applications put forward new requirements of Internet of Things technologies. The establishment of Internet of Things for restaurant and careering industry contains the extremely important significance to realize the application of Internet of Things technologies.The hotel food quality and safety supervision subsystem includes food management function, basic information management function, catering management functions and RFID device management functions and so on four fig function module.By setting up the Internet of Things in the food and beverage department, through the application of RFID technology, it realizes effective regulation of food quality improvement. Catering management functions mainly aims at the raw material of food, raw materials storage, use of raw material, finished product, finished product storage, finished product consumption comprehensive regulation of the business, to form effective Internet supervision system, so as to enhance the management efficiency of hotel food and beverage management, and promote the hotel food and beverage managers’ control power. Basic information management functions are mainly for suppliers and clients for effective management, enhance the hotel food and beverage manager of ability to accurately grasp the relationship between the supply-demand. Catering management function mainly for hotel food and beverage consumption history information and customer group by analyzing the information consumption, and for the hotel food and beverage manager, and even the hotel senior management personnel to provide data to support market consumption tendency. Management functions are mainly for RFID and RFID devices. Mainly RFID equipment and RFID read-write equipment management are to guarantee the smooth operation of the regulatory system.This article mainly aims at the daily operations of the hotel food and beverage department for supervision and management, we realize complete hotel catering management functions in food quality and safety supervision subsystem, basic information management, catering management functions and RFID device management functions such as research and implementation. Through the effective demand analysis and management standard for hotel food and beverage department, it helps realize effective regulation of hotel food and beverage department. Detailed and accurate real-time control of hotel food and beverage related information makes the hotel catering management truly contain the accuracy and efficiency.
