With the development of the information age,China has paid more and more attention to the informationization supervision of special equipment.The relevant supervision system of IoT in the market has gradually entered the public's vision.However,there are still some problems in the management of special equipment.For example,application and approval of equipment is still in the stage of submitting paper-based materials,and it cannot be completed online,each unit monitors equipment differently,etc.This paper is based on the open source IoT technology and incorporates the emerging blockchain technology to complete the design and implementation of the flameless heating equipment supervision system.The system realizes the functions of online application,acceptance,approval and other functions of various devices,and realizes the functions of real-time monitoring,alarm statistics in order to meet the regulatory requirements of flameless heating equipment,etc.At the same time,based on the blockchain technology,transparent storage of device alarm data is realized,which provides a new solution for the transition of IoT data from persistent storage to transparent storage.This paper first introduces the original intention of the design of the flameless heating equipment supervision system,and introduces the design of the whole system and the selection of related technologies according to its design concept.Secondly,it introduces the design and implementation of the special equipment registration approval module.And then the demand of the flameless heating equipment supervision system is given,and the overall architecture design of the supervision system is given,including the design of the IoT monitoring service based on the micro service architecture and the data transparent storage service design based on Ethereum.Then based on the architecture design,the specific functions of the supervision system are realized.Finally,the functional test and performance test results of the supervision system are given.
