Internet of Things technology is proposed in recent years based on the ElectronicProduct Code, Radio frequency identification, which is based inMachine-To-Machine mode of communication (M2M) short-range wireless ad-hocnetworks, by variety of access network and the Internet combine a huge intelligencenetwork.The use of the Internet of things brings a new opportunity and challenge to theuniversity laboratory management system upgrade and maintenance. Introducing theidea of logistics management, this paper discusses the RFID technology and QR codetechnology in the application of laboratory equipment management system anddesigns a set of based on B/S and C/S mixed mode of laboratory equipment intelligentmanagement system, in order to meet the universities laboratory constructionmanagement for all kinds of equipment in the process of data collection andmanagement, so as to realize the informatization of equipment management. Itimproves the management level and efficiency and can also let the managementdepartment timely understanding of equipment condition. The system optimizes theallocation of experiment and improve equipment utilization. The innovation point ofthis paper is to:(1) According to the needs of users, it puts forward a equipment managementimplementation scheme based on Internet of things technology. The scheme takesadvantage of the RFID technology and QR code technology, using a handheld devicefor implementing automatic scan device information literacy, query and otheroperations, communicates to the backend database under the normal operation of thenetwork.(2) On the analysis of the system, on the basis of overall demand, completed thesystem function module design, database concept structure design, database design,system security design, and completed the system B/S model of the systemmanagement module, resource management module, module of detailed design ofpublic affairs, and wrote the related function module programming source code, toachieve the system basic function.(3) Completed the C/S mode based on the WinCE platform5.0module design, and implemented with the backend database data synchronization.Based on the technology to solve the problem are as follows:1. Put forward the suitable for the equipment management of EPC code of thissystem and the QR code label content design, the design takes into consideration thedepartment code, equipment classification and coding of assets categories associatedwith equipment such as fixed information written, easy to realize the query of thebasic information of the equipment.2. Adopt XML as a data description and exchange of language, realize systemdata synchronization.
