Since the beginning of the 21 st century,along with the rapid development of the Internet of Things,RFID tags,as one of its key components,are facing huge market demand and development potential.People have realized the mass production of RFID tags through R2R(roll-to-roll)technology.However,the mainstream methods for manufacturing RFID tag antennas have been stuck in etching,electroplating,and direct printing method,and these conventional processing methods still have problems such as complicated operation,high cost,and environmental pollution.Combing the R2 R technology,this thesis proposes a new RFID tag antenna manufacturing solution based on cutting force to avoid these problems.Firstly,this thesis introduces the principle,that is,the metal layer is removed by the cutting force between a pair of relatively rotating rollers.On the other hand,a forme which has been laser-cut out of the target pattern is put between the rolls as the source of selective removal.Secondly,this thesis carries out preliminary mechanical and electrical selection and design of the equipment platform in combination with the process.Thirdly,we select the sandpaper as the source of grinding force,the aluminized film as the material to be processed,design and fabricate a model equipment through which the Alien 9662 target tag antenna will be processed.Finally,limited to the shortage of sandpaper and aluminized film,we select the milling cutter as the source of milling force,and the composite film as the material to be processed,redesign and manufacture the mechanical part and the electrical part of the equipment.On the basis of this equipment,we successively make a series of experiments,such as Alien 9662 target tag antenna experiment,calibration experiment,QF7 target tag antenna experiment,and then measure the physical size and electrical properties of the final samples.The results show that the basic performance is good,thus verifying the feasibility of this RFID tag manufacturing solution.The novel RFID tag manufacturing solution proposed in this thesis is simple in process,low in cost,no pollution,and the generated metal powder can even be recycled.The solution has broad application prospects in the future.
