With the increasing informational of life, the constant improvement of the social system and the popularization of technology knowledge, talent has become the important guarantee of enterprise competitiveness. Further, to reasonable and effective manage talent has become an inevitable requirement of enterprise development. Therefore, enterprise informational handles official business not only affects the economic benefits of an enterprise and office efficiency, but also helps to optimize enterprise human resources management process. In the process of enterprise scale is growing, personal information management cost keeps going up as a company evolves and grows, it is very urgent to reduce human resource input cost based on an effective personal information system so as to improve the work efficiency of employees and support decision-making of top management.Based on the actual situation of human resource management of companies at home and abroad, this paper designs and implements a personnel information management system supported by SOA. It aims to overcoming some deficiencies of the existing personnel information managements, such as poor maintainability, low flexibility and repeated construction. With the idea of software engineering, this paper designs the system according to the surveys on the personnel office procedure in the existing small and medium companies. Using SOA as the most fundamental system architecture, it develops a system platform with easy operation, standard procedure and convenient upgrade and maintenance. In order to promote better interaction and communication between company staffs, the system mainly adopts architecture in B/S mode.This paper mainly includes the following contents:First, it describes the research background and significance of personnel information management system, then it examines the research status of personnel information systems at home and abroad; second, it seeks and invents system requirements based on the research of the existing system and makes detailed requirement analysis. After 1he requirements are determined, it carries out a detailed system design for the personnel information system, and finally it lists the relevant implementation of the major system functional components and system testing. By integrating the concept of SOA service-oriented, this management systemizes struts to complete UI, JDBC to responsible for the DAI, and Spring to complete the BLL. The UI mainly through the JSP and JSTL tag complete data show, through Ajax and Jquery makes front-background data interconnecting, through the action to complete the final processing of business logic.This SOA-based personnel information management platform has excellent scalability, practicability and interactivity. While making company daily office procedure more standard, it offers components for company staffs to get effective communication, strengthen business culture exchange and improve work efficiency.
