In recent years, the state raised the Midwest Higher Education revitalization plan, which invests huge material and financial support to improve infrastructure Midwestern universities. University infrastructure,which is to ensure public service facilities in colleges normal activities which is an important material foundation to support social development and higher education, is an important measure of education, scientific research universities. Along with the ability to enhance the university school, University infrastructure has been greatly improved, Many colleges and universities has made new teaching building, student apartments, laboratory, practice education base, stadiums and other infrastructure. Good infrastructure is a prerequisite to improve the quality of university teaching, But how to efficiently take advantage of this infrastructure, reduce waste of resources infrastructure management colleges, and make infrastructure best used, is another issue currently many universities facing, Therefore, in order to take full advantage of the infrastructure, improve the quality of teaching, infrastructure management to save costs, the development of a university infrastructure management system is imperative.Firstly, for the construction of the relevant technical and theoretical system needs study, MVC design model and software framework based on SSH software development model, In order to build scalable B/S architecture application, Focuses on the Struts2 based RESTful style API, SSH framework for application integration in-depth discussion.Then make the demand for university infrastructure management systems analysis, analyze the status of the use of university infrastructure in-depth and building System from the technical feasibility and Feasibility two aspects, From a functional system functions will be divided into the management module and display module two modules, Management module is divided into construction management, college management, user management, course management, event management, message management, six sub-module, Display module is divided into building usage display, curriculum exhibitions, events display, message display four sub-modules, describe three non-functional requirements of the system from scalability, reliability, ease of use.Then the infrastructure of university management system design and implementation, First, the basic principles emphasized in the system design process should focus on the system design, Followed by an analysis of the system based on the requirements of the overall design, Using JAVA EE as a development platform, based on the idea of a hierarchical system, given the system is divided into four layers of detailed design, the process of realization of the system, the system is divided into back office systems and display systems, back office management system includes the building management, college management, user management, course management and message management, display system includes a building usage display, curriculum exhibitions, events and news show display, and finally the system database design, gives the ER diagram and database tables the logical structure design.Then on the university infrastructure management system was tested, described the purpose of the test, the test environment and test process, in accordance with the division of division and functional subsystems of the system was tested, the final results of the test carried out a detailed analysis of the test results verify the functionality of each module system implementation correctness and completeness.Finally, the paper summarizes the research universities do out infrastructure management system in the outcome of this issue,do some analysis of some local systems imperfect, raises further prospects because of deficiencies exist in the system.
