To expand the school scale and students number is a trend among colleges due to the increasing investment on education, thus,to offer a centralized management from project initialization to schedule control and acceptance management, this thesis intends to design and develop a set of infrastructure projects information management system. This dissertation takes the college centralized management from project initialization to schedule control and acceptance management as the background.First of all, combing the overall project process of the infrastructure projects management on the college projects, and then from the perspective of system users, the functional requirements of the system and the non-functional requirements of the system are analyzed in depth. On this basis, the various functions of the system is divided into several modules, including system management module, user information management module, system login module, project management module of the project, the construction unit management module and project construction management module. Finally, each function module is designed and implemented. The test proves that the system can meet the needs of different users in different roles.During system implementation,MVC design method is based on to develop the system,SQL Server 2008 is used to develop Database, and programming language java is adopted for its concise and efficient.Such infrastructure projects information management system fully conform to the practical work of the college infrastructure projects management personnel, and offer a convenient technical service support in the deducing the procedure costs and improving of management efficiency, and ensuring construction safety.
