The University Personnel Information Management System Based On Pki Ca Center Design And Implementation

University personal management information system is one of the key content ofdigital campus engineering, and is also one of the most important part of informationconstruction in universities. The personal management information system needs theserequirement to operate naturally, including: the system can operate steadily, the data canbe output correctly, the system is not so easy to be attacked by an adversary, each personhas different management permission to use the information system, the system canavoid a wrongful act that the accessor who has no right to do, and can detect the illegalmodify of data, and so on. The exist personal management information systems usuallycan only supply the security mechanism after the events had been happened, which maylead the illegal modifies not be known.The thesis analyses the security problems of university personal managementinformation system. Aiming these problems above, we put forward a new mechanism ofinteger detection itself. Users of the system need special secret keys to do digitalsignature, the system should verify the security of the data before the data to write indatabase, and before the data are used, the system will verify the validity of the useragain to detect the illegal data.And then, the person of software developer,the dealer ofthe system and the user of the software cannot forge data from the security mechanism,and the data are safeguarded.The thesis inspects the security mechanism of university personal managementsystem furthermore. According to the analysis results, we propose a scheme usingdigital signature to solve the problems. We give some kinds of charts to approve thedesign of our system can fulfill the target of the needs, including design case charts,class charts and sequence charts,etc.This dissertation provides two implementation plans.The one is about the design toimprove the Certificate Authority(CA).It can be widely used in entities and departmentsof enterprises and Institutional Organizations.Different users,such as enterprises andInstitutional Organizations,SP, server or the person,are issued different digitalcertificates to.And this plan also meets the needs of providing security for services on Internet.The other plan,with the key protected data and limit for diverse applicationsflexible and scalable,can relatively design a list of digital signatures and verify that acertain digital signature is complete by the list,which is made according to the protecteddata and limit needs about security and application decide.The design and develpoment of this system present a referenced and applicatedcase for how to protect key data in a variety of application information systems inuniversities.
