Design And Implementation Of Hospital Outpatient Clinics Management Information System Based On Browser/Server

Hospital information management system to modernize hospital management has become a basic project, which is of great significance for improving hospital management level and quality of services provided by hospitals. In this thesis, considering the questions in the process of building hospital information systems, we study the design and implementation of the hospital outpatient clinics management information system based on B/S structure.On the basis of introduction of the concept and basic theory about hospital information system, we explain the system construction-related technologies. According the requirement analysis of hospital outpatient clinics business, we model the system data based on entity-relation model; we model the system business through use case diagram and data flow diagram. In the design and implementation phase, we give the system application architecture, design the overall functional architecture, modules, components and relational database. Based on MVC framework, using JSP technology and J2EE environment, we implement a hospital outpatient clinics management information system based on B/S structure. The structure design will be based on the internal system refinement, the system divided into several modules according to the function, and describes the relationship between the module and interface. According to the demand analysis of the hospital outpatient service requirements, the division of the module include:database access module, system management module, registration module, diagnosis module, charging module and query statistics module; the system class diagram shows the base class used in the process of system implementation, coordination and chart realization process is discussed, the specific function of the system based on the final open, MVC based framework, using JSP technology, in the J2EE environment to achieve the outpatient management information system in hospital based on B/S structure, functional modules of the system are described in detail in this paper including registration module, diagnosis module and query statistics, representing the beginning of outpatient medical services in hospitals, and through the background query statistics.Finally, we design system testing from 3 perspectives:robustness, concurrency, and function. Robustness testing by pressure test method, statistical average fault of the system, at the same time, fault recovery time and other indicators, or average value as a measure of the robustness of the system; concurrent test using Microsoft Application Center tests in many users accessing a server at the same time, the stability of the system; system function test by normal test and error test system functions correctly and system robustness. The test results show that the hospital outpatient clinics management information system is able to accommodate modern large hospital outpatient management business, can significantly improve the hospital’s efficiency and service quality. It achieves the intended design goals. Test results show that the design and the realization of hospital out-patient management information system can adapt to the now large hospital outpatient management business, to achieve the hospital between the various departments of the coordination office, remote office, significantly improve the work efficiency and service quality of the hospital, reached the design target.
