Application Development And Research Of Hospital Information System Based On J2EE

With society's development, people pay more and more attention to the health, and demand more and more to the hospital service. As a result, the hospital operation grows unceasingly and becomes much more complicated, simple manual management is unable to meet the hospital operation's need and becomes bottleneck of the hospital development. Traditional manual operation pattern lead the patient account to be complicated and difficult to check, also lead drugs in the ward and the pharmacy waste a lot of but is impossible to trace. Futher more, the manual transmiting of all reckoning is easy to miss, and the manual price delimiting always improper mistakes and is difficult to avoid. Therefore, how to raise the service level and enhance work efficiency become an urgent problem. The hospital management information could not only enhance medical workers' efficiency and the medical ability,but also enhance the grade of service and the management level of the hospital. So hospitals have urgent need of the management information system.Based on the research of exiting hospital management information system, and by different scientific methods, including investigation, argumentation, literature investigation,contrast analysis and so on, fist the actuality of hospital management information system is analysised, then the indispensability to develop hospital management information system based on J2EE platform is expatiated, then the difficulties to implement B/S structure is analysised, at last methods and suggestions to cope with the difficulties are proposed. A new model of hospital management information system based J2EE platform is proposed, which solves many implementation difficulties in medical services.The paper briefly introduces the hospital correlation service and the development situation which the subject involved, then the detailed requirement analysises of the hospital management information system and outpatient service management subsystem are carried out, the system structure and application pattern of the hospital management information system on software aspect are further proposed, and the outpatient service management subsystem is emphasized. The paper discussed the design method and develop process of the outpatient service management subsystem, and design the structure on the customer end,the web service end and the using service end, subsequently procedural detailed design on the data model, the page manifestation and the handling of traffic logic are discussed.The outpatient service administration module is a key module of the hospital information system, and had applied to "the Ningxiang County sanitation system hospital information management system". Practice indicated that the outpatient service administration module could prepare hospital resources more reasonable, and alleviate outpatient service workers' labor intensity, promote the efficiency and grade of outpatient service, and provided the analysis and the reference data for the hospital decision-making department.
