The effective integration of mobile communication technology and Internet and the rapid development of social network prompted the generation of mobile library, a new type of library services. Breaking through constraints of traditional library information service in time and space, the emergence of the mobile library, made users obtain the required information resources and services through the mobile terminal equipment at anytime and anywhere, and also provided diversified, multi-level and flexible communication channels between users and the library, which strengthens the dynamic interaction of the user and the service subject and establishes the multi-dimensional interaction between the user and the mobile library services. Based on the above background, it is necessary to carry on the discussion of and research on the problem of mobile library service interaction.This paper analyzes the feature of users interaction demand under the social network environment, hierarchy of the interactive demand, as well as and the factors that affect the user interaction needs and behavior, based on the analysis of the mobile library users interaction, this paper discusses the mode of mobile library services, namely the SMS, WAP site and APP application services. The mobile library service interaction function is represented in such aspects as the collection resources retrieval, the integration retrieval of digital resources and online services, personalized digital resources browsing, collection and recommending, the social interaction in the network environment and personal center and so on. From the multi-dimensional relationship of users with the mobile library information service, an interaction model of mobile library services is constructed under the network environment, on the basis of analyzing the process of mobile library service interaction and its impact on the quality of interaction. The user interaction as the center, combining with social networks and virtual community, this model provides diversified and multi-level integration interactive information service, aiming to improve the quality of mobile library service interaction. From the questionnaire survey and the empirical analysis of the model, the fact is shown that the mobile library service interaction got user’s high support and that the interaction quality affected the overall service quality of library.
