The Sikuquanshuzongmu represents the highest achievements of Chinese ancient bibliography scholars, which is the essential approach to study traditional culture. "SKQSZM" have two important versions:the "Wu Yingdian" edition and the "Zhejiang" edition. Both of them have been wide concern. To understand the difference in essence between two versions, it is necessary to be a full-scale and intact comparison of them. Zhonghua Publishing Company has been publishied a version (The Zhengli edition), which sorted out a large number of "Different Writtens". However, due to the "SKQSZM" voluminous, they tried their best, but still had some omissions. This article focus on the Ji branch. It proofreads "Wu Yingdian" edition, which is dibon, and "Zhejiang" edition to finds their differences as much as possible. This article also have conducted a classified research which based on these differences and the cause of these differences.Because of the vast content, long cycle codification and some other complex reasons, there has been a lot of corruptions. Predecessors as Yujia Xi, Hu Yujin, Li Yumin, Cui Fuzhang have already monographed about correcting these corruptions. However, there were very few people to get a correction about differences between Wu Yingdian edition and Zhejiang edition. This article correct more than 200 corruptions from 1000 "Different Writtens",involving title, number, author as well as quotation. At the same time,the article correct 100 corruptions that "Zhengli" edition has found but did not get a judgement. There are still nearly 40 notes about oversight of using interpunction in "Zhengli" edition.
