With the progress of science and technology, the system of Satellite remote sensing information receiving and processing will continue to develop and expand. The receiving and processing work of large amounts of remote sensing information and the equipment maintenance,more and more taken seriously by the researchers. The remote sensing satellite data formatting fast display system realize the function of condition monitoring of the remote sensing information receiving system, fast discrimination of image target, and image retrieval of playback data. the efficiency of remote sensing information receiving and processing is improved, and has very important significance in application.The primary works in this thesis are presented as follows:1. Based on the characteristics of remote sensing information system and the work actual demand, the overall framework and the overall design of remote sensing satellite data format fast display system is determined.2. According to the functional requirements, the hardware based on FPGA and PCI technology of PCB circuit board design is completed, which can provide reliable hardware environment for the follow-up work.3. Using hardware programming and online configuration technology, the satellite data formatting deciphering circuit based on FPGA programming is achieved, the functions of multiple satellite data compatibility configuration and system condition monitoring are accomplished.4. Using PCI bus reuse and address mapping technology, the design of image fast display software is achieved, and the function of target image rapid detection and judgment are realized.The design and implementation of remote sensing satellite data formatting fast display system has been put into use in a company. In this thesis, Based on the problems of state detection and image fast evaluation in the practical work of remote sensing information receiving, the fast image display system is accomplished, practical work difficult problem is resolved, and the efficiency is advanced. Since the system was put into operation, running was stable and reliable. The expected effect is achieved.
