Coloring Ring Back Tone(CRBT)is a voice value-added service,which will be played to the caller to replace the ordinary ring tones.In the development of mobile value-added service,CRBT gets a great success when it is in the market.CRBT with individual service and mature technology has a high market possession.At the same time,CRBT offers reference values for other value-added services.This paper designs a scheme for CRBT on Voice over LTE(VoLTE)network.It's significant for the development of CRBT in 4G network.As a result of the strict separation of signal control from media bearer,when a large number of users simultaneously start a call in the same wireless network,the call might fail.Because of inadequate resources in wireless links,it is possible that signaling control plane can connect but media plane connects failed.This paper proposes a solution to solve the above problems.On the premise of meeting core network development trend,this paper designs a precondition scheme for CRBT.This scheme can improve Quality of Service(QoS)for network.The scheme introduces media negotiation and precondition principle and it splits a conversation into two section.One is playing CRBT period,the other is communication period.For caller,in playing CRBT period,caller should begin media negotiation with CRBT system,on the other hand,in communication period,caller should begin media negotiation with caller.CRBT system should be able to help caller and callee to update media,in addition,CRBT system can help caller and callee to reserved resource.The implementation of precondition takes specia signal with qos preset condition,it can hold media esource in air interface.As a result,it can boost call success rates.This paper takes a detailed analysis of the design and implement process of CRBT systems based on VoLTE,and it introduces two precondition signaling flow schemes.Through comparative analyses,selecting a suitable scheme for network currently.The target solution is implemented in CMIN02-IIP platform.Finally,the design scheme can be tested in a lab application environment and in china mobile lab application environment,it operates and performances steadily in functional testing and performance testing.The experimental result shows that the design scheme is correct.
