In today’s society, the electronic industry is developing rapidly. With the continuous development of electronic products, technology and the wireless network, with the popularity and spread of 3G or 4G network, cell phones have become people’s important life tools, making people’s life more convenient. In daily life, people can do a variety of activities in network through the mobile phones, such as playing games, blogging, we-chat, shopping and so on, as well as reading, which is very good to compensate the limitations of paper reading and can be done during fragments of time. You can finish reading anytime and anywhere and save a lot of time. This way of reading is called Mobile Reading. Although the phone is the most common and convenient reading terminal, but it’s just one of them in addition to iPad and Amazon Kindle. Since Mobile Reading has become an indispensable part of people’s life, the user demand for mobile reading content will become an important factor. Only by understanding the user’s reading content needs and preferences, can user satisfaction better improve. This thesis, mainly aiming at junior college students, undergraduates and graduate students, we need to understand their reading content needs by using the Kano Model, through the way of questionnaire survey to research the content of these reading needs, and then classify analysis. By applying the final classification results to the library Mobile Reading service, it is hoped to provide some references for carrying out Mobile Reading in college library, and to improve the pertinence and initiative of Mobile Reading service in college library.
